December, being the last month of the year, cannot help but make us think of what is to come and also wondering how it got so late so soon, but lets keep those thoughts aside for now..
I bet everyone smells the festivity and what better way to kick start this season's celebration of love, laughter and Food.
So I’ve got some Easy and Quick Food Recipes for y’all, because as food is involved this season, who doesn’t want varieties? As the month runs by, i’ll be sharing with you some of my Easy, Quick food ideas…
Be sure to play around with your favorite spices and ingredients as it doesn’t have to be exactly the way i prepare mine.
| Fish Curry Served with Rice |
Today, i’ll be letting you inn to how i make my Fish Curry and how it will be ready and served in a flash. Fish Curry could be served with Pasta, Mashed or Baked Potatoes, Rice or even served as a starter with hot Olive Bread or Naan. Bread.
 Lets get started shall we?

 Ingredients: 
 White Fish Fillets (Make sure to buy fish from a sustainable source)
 Basmati rice (Or Rice of Your Choice) 
Onion and Garlic
Fresh Tomatoes
Red, Yellow and Green bell peppers 
Scotch bonnet 
Organic Virgin Olive Oil  
Coconut Milk
Masala Sauce  (Optional)
| Basmatic Rice |
| Fresh Bell Peppers and Tomatoes |
| Chopped Bell Peppers |
| Chopped Tomatoes |
| Fish Fillet |
| Sliced Fish Fillet |

Seasoning: 
Know: Easy 2 Kook - All Purpose seasoning or any of your choice
Black pepper 
Salt (optional) 
Curry powder (Favorite Curry Powder Brands) 
Maggi Cubes (Optional)
Fish Seasoning
| Olive Oil |

Prep:
  1. Heat the oil in a deep pan and gently fry the Onions and Garlic for about 5 mins until soft. Add the curry and other seasoning and then stir-fry for 1-2 mins, then tip in the tomatoes and other stock veggies.
  2. Bring to a simmer, then add the fish. Gently cook for 4-5 mins until the fish flakes easily. Serve immediately with Rice or Naan
